-What: Customer info like  email info, digital campaigns info like images, text and interactions etc. 


-How: Used for AI model training, AI interference or predictions, Your customer data not used with another third party client


-Protect: Standard Cloud (AWS etc.) and /or database  security , on premise option if desired 

-Delete: Auto support to delete customer data across tables will be supported soon. Currently we support on demand  data deletion. 


-Sensitive personal information (PII): Retained for duration of contract with sunset policy of 6 weeks thereafter.


-Data Ownership: SiriusMindshare LLC is considered a primary owner and our third party vendors  is the secondary  owner. Customers will have add or delete editing rights on demand.

The collected email text campaign data is exclusively used for real-time text content engagement analysis and alignment. This ensures accurate placement of the chosen target text onto your campaigns, resulting in seamless email marketing campaigns. 

  • Device ID: We may collect your device ID to tailor your experience and maintain a smooth operation of the app’s features. Rest assured, this information is only used in-app and is not shared with any external parties.

  • Crash Reports: We take the stability and performance of our app seriously, so we may gather information about crashes to better understand and resolve technical problems. This data is used exclusively for analytics purposes and is stripped of any personal information to protect your privacy. By doing so, we can quickly address any issues and provide a better experience for all users.

  • Email Ids: We collect email ids of your customer when upgrading to advanced package that you provide us during and after onboarding for custom models
